Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers lovely rooms, excellent service, a good location, and fantastic dining options. However, there were some issues with musty odors in the room and stained carpets. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Tokyo.
The hotel's rooms were stunning in all aspects and amazingly comfortable, spoiling us for the rest of our trip. The service was very attentive, with every encounter being helpful and with great English skills. The location was great, offering fabulous views for sakura enjoyment and being close to beautiful parks and shopping areas. However, the dining experience was average and not as impressive as expected.
I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The room was luxurious with a huge bath, walk-in robe, and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The view of Mt. was simply breathtaking. The service was beyond attentive - every staff member was courteous, respectful, and always ready to assist without being overbearing. The location, just 10 minutes from the train station, was so convenient, though a bit far from Shinjuku Station, but the hotel had a shuttle service. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of cooked-to-order egg dishes and a small buffet. The facilities were superb.
The hotel offers comfortable and well-appointed rooms with thoughtful amenities like quality tea and coffee, Aesop products, and great views. The service is excellent with helpful staff, and the location, while not central, is well connected and near various attractions. The dining experience is good, although some staff may seem abrupt nearing closing time. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji. The rooms are chic and comfortable, and the service from the staff was outstanding. The only downside was the distance from Shinjuku Station, but the shuttle service helped with that. The dining experience was delicious but a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for the money.
